Formation History

Established in 1993, after nearly 30 years of development, VKC has grown from a small enterprise with remarkable milestones:

  • 2021

    The Company changed its name to VKC Holdings Joint Stock Company.

  • 2016

    The Company increased the charter capital up to VND 200,000,000,000.

  • 2015

    Manufacturing activities in all business grew from 30% to 70% and expanded to foreign markets.

  • 2014

    During 5 consecutive years, the company was ranked in the top 500 fastest growing enterprises in Vietnam.

  • 2009

    The Company increased the charter capital up to VND 130,000,000,000 and was officially listed on the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) with the stock symbol VKC.

  • 2008

    Became the first factory in Vietnam producing Slim and Flat LAN cables for export.

  • 2005

    The Company changed its name to Vinh Khanh Plastic Cable Joint Stock Company, with the charter capital of VND 85,000,000,000.

  • 2003

    Vinh Khanh Company took the equitization and changed the name to Vinh Khanh Joint Stock Company.

  • 2002

    During 5 years, Vinh Khanh was commended as “Representative organization for 5 consecutive years 1997 - 2001” and "Excellent Enterprise for 5 consecutive years 1997 - 2002".

  • 1999

    Became one of the pioneering Vietnam private enterprises investing the system under quality control according to ISO 9002 standard.

  • 1997

    The Company increased the charter capital up to VND 8,700,000,000; started to produce drop wire.

  • 1995

    The Company changed its name to Vinh Khanh Company Limited, with the charter capital of VND 5,300,000,000.
